On Wednesday, Vincie Musillo received her second dose of the PfizerâBioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.
âThe first time, I didnât feel anything with the shot,â she said. âBut this time, she went right into the muscle. So that hurt a little bit.â
But as the professional who gave the inoculation told her, thatâs where it was supposed to go.
âShe says, âoh, you might get a little bit sleepy,ââ Musillo said. âAnd I said, âoh, thatâs normal for me, to get sleepy in the daytime.ââ
Beyond the slight pain, she was happy to be among the residents of Friendship Village of South Hills who had the opportunity to complete their dosages, along with staff members of the Upper St. Clair senior living community.
