The Minister of the Environment has stated that it will be "very difficult" to advance with a tourist project in Lagoa dos Salgados, in the Algarve, showing.

Almargem welcomes the ICNF decision on Lagoa dos Salgados, which will protect that area. However, the association is still concerned with Praia Grande resort.
