Kolhapur: In a shocking case of medical corruption, a medical officer allegedly demanded Rs 10,000 from the husband of a pregnant woman who was in labour in a government hospital in Solapur district of Maharashtra. He was arrested by the anti-corruption bureau sleuths following a complaint by the woman’s husband.
