Homicide detectives say they arrested Santos Trevino on march 2nd and joe and priscilla as cava. Two others were caught later. They are all five facing homicide charges. Firefighters seeing residents wading in contaminated water asked people to leave and help to rescue them by boat. As fast as the water was rising an Evacuation Order came hours later at 1 44 p. M.
