Wicklow distillery to celebrate St Brigid with day of poetry and whiskey

Although she had no involvement with spirits that we know of, St Brigid was known to have turned bathwater into beer and is one of the patron saints of brewers. With that in mind, the Powerscourt Distillery is set to honour Ireland's patroness of brewing, healing, poetry, and fire with an immersive St Brigid's Day event on Sunday, February 4, their third annual celebration of the feast.
