Officials say Police Arrested the teacher 50 yearold tad couplings was found this morning. Found in the area which is identified using the cars vin number. The coast guard says the owner of the vessel has agreed to pay a Salvage Company to retrieve it. According to state records, its 34foot motor boat made by silverton yachts. The biggest concern is the fuel aboard. Once its recovered police will continue to see if the boat was overloaded and if the boat had enough life jackets for everyone.
