6:01 thanks for joining us i m eric thomas. i m kristen sze. high fire danger warning extended. bad news for two dozen homes threatened by a wildfire that broke out last night. that fire has destroyed one home despite the all night efforts of firefighters. terry mcsweeney is live north of fan with the latest. reporter: despite the efforts of 160 firefighters this fire broke out last night and spread quickly. winds were pushing it and winds are the concern again this morning. we felt some breezes getting close to maybe wind speed nothing sustained yet. it is the concern this morning. take a look at the concern last night as this fire spread rapidly somewhere between 50 and 100 acres burned near silverado trail and soda canyon road. the cause believed to be a downed powerline that is not confirmed but that s the suspicion. it started the fire then came the winds and this moved quickly one house destroyed as well as several out-buildings. no reports of injuries. this fire
