Jamshedpur: A 21-year-old girl lodged a police complaint on Thursday saying she was raped multiple times for about a month in captivity at a deserted garage by nearly 60 people in Kanderbera of Seraikela-Kharsawan district.
In her complaint with the Chandil police station of the district, the girl said she is from Pursudih in Jamshedpur. She also said she was injected with drugs by her tormentors and often beat her up if she refused. She escaped early on Thursday on the pretext of attending to nature s call and reached a roadside eatery on the Ranchi-Jamshedpur stretch of NH-33, from where the workers help her contact the police.
