Andrew Herron and former Uchi prep cook Thomas Stacy are opening a private, 20-seat tasting-menu restaurant, ReikiNa, at City Centre (800 Town and Country Blvd, #200) later this year.
The concept will focus on Asian cuisine through a European lens, and the menu will rotate every six to eight weeks. Guests will sit around an 11-foot communal table built by Stacy out of 200-year-old reclaimed white oak barn siding. ReikiNa will be BYOB to start, and sake and wine pairings are expected to be added.
