Besides seeking the removal of protesting farmers, the plea has also sought the issuance of guidelines by the Centre to the states and Union Territories to stop all kinds of protests.
The petition filed by Swati Goel and Sanjeev Newar also looks for issuance of guidelines to put a halt to all sorts of protests in their States until the pandemic gets over, by the Centre to the States and Union Territories.
The application filed through advocate Shashank Shekhar Jha sought an early hearing of the case saying despite multiple attempts, the matter has not been heard till now.
