John Plato Joins ATPGroup as Cleaning & Sanitation Sales Specialist

Windsor, CA – ATPGroup is pleased to announce the appointment of John Plato as Cleaning & Sanitation Sales Specialist. In this newly created role John will be focusing on the growth of ATPGroup’s Cleaning & Sanitation Program, first in the wine industry and then expanding into breweries and beyond.
ATPGroup’s Cleaning & Sanitation Program was formally launched in 2019 in response to the FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), which shifted the nation’s food safety system from responding to foodborne illness to preventing it with proper cleaning and sanitation protocols. FSMA regulations are now required for all U.S. wineries. ATPGroup’s longevity in the food industry, combined with the company’s in-house preventative controls expertise, made the company uniquely qualified to develop comprehensive solutions for the wine industry as well.
