Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Sanibel-Captiva Audubon Society’s lecture programs offered live for decades at The Community House will be presented as a series of Zoom Webinars this season.
They will take place on Thursdays at 7 p.m. in January and February.
Dr. Jerry Jackson, local wildlife expert and host of WGCU’s radio show “With the Wild Things,” will kick off the series with a presentation focused on bird behavior. This season’s lineup also includes Audubon lecture favorite Rick Bunting and a special joint presentation with The International Osprey Foundation and Dr. Alan Poole, noted osprey expert and author.
