Another day, another bankruptcy. From retail to restaurants, businesses are struggling to survive. Several have been forced to file for bankruptcy in hopes of staying afloat.
Police said Nicholas Bandera, 58, of Oneida, made a left turn out of the Sangertown Square Mall parking lot onto Commercial Drive at about 11:30 a.m. When his vehicle crossed into the westbound lane, police said the front of the vehicle struck the teenager, who was crossing the road in the designated crosswalk.
