M cDONOUGH — Southern Crescent Women In Business celebrated opening of their Women’s Business Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony recently. During the April 23 ceremony, SCWIB was presented with a proclamation from the Henry County Board of Commissioners Chair Carlotta Harrell honoring the work of the organization and founder Ariel Shaw. Featured guests included a representative from Sen. Raphael Warnock s office, Pastor Kimberly Jones, Rep. Derrick Jackson, State Rep. Sandra G. Scott, State Rep.
