Many local cat-owners including some members of the Facebook group Isle of Cats have sent the County Press pictures of their cats and tales of their funny antics. Scroll through our gallery of pictures above to see more than 30 of amusing pictures. Lots of these lovely cats have been rescued and some have come from as far afield as Somerset, London and even Italy! Some like playing with boxes, while others like splashing in water and finding spiders, slow-worms and other animals. Sandra Peelo from Bembridge told us her ten-year-old cat, Sabrina (main image above), was rescued from a neglectful home in London when she was a couple of years old.
