The Sandpiper Art Gallery and Gifts in Polson recently awarded four scholarships ranging from $500 to $2000 each to students graduating from Ronan and Two Eagle River high schools, and to students attending Salish Kootenai College in Pablo.
The community of Polson is about to become several shades more vibrant, thanks the Art4Polson public art initiative recently launched by Sandpiper Art Gallery and Gifts.
The message of the day on Nov. 25 was “Shop Small.” The weather cooperated with sunshine and blue skies as local shoppers supported Polson and Ronan business communities during Small Business Saturday.
