PWD officials blame issue on traffic movement amid laying pipelines
Within days of Nagar Road being repaired, the route has started developing cracks again, while a part of the busy thoroughfare also reportedly subsided. The crisis has slowed down traffic on the stretch.
Commuters and locals are furious about the deplorable condition of the road and have alleged that public funds of over Rs 200 crore spent on the repair have gone down the drain, adding that the situation is worse than before.
