Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad are in the frontier and are booking slots for Maan village’s vaccine
centre (in pic) which is ideally meant for the villagers.
Rural health officials have observed this pattern in the last couple of weeks and assert that there’s hardly anything that they can do about this as the process is online.

The state government’s norm issued to get all construction site workers tested amid the lockdown is apparently serving its purpose over 200 new COVID-19 cases have been reported at labour camps scattered around the Maan village in the last few days. Now, after authorities swung into alarmed action, these camps have been sanitised, the affected persons isolated, and the whole area declared a micro-containment zone.
