Sana Lake is withdrawing from the proposed sale, so it’s off! From the Diocese: Dear Friends in Christ, We have learned that Sana Lake will no longer pursue the purchase and rehab of the former O’Hara High School. Following negotiations with City officials, along with unforeseen circumstances associated with the use of the property, Sana Lake determined it was in the organization’s best interest to move forward with another site in the area. Community meetings scheduled for January 12 and January 19 have been cancelled. The diocese will continue to market the O’Hara property, and in collaboration with the leadership at St. Regis, carefully evaluate formal offers which, like Sana Lake, present a growth opportunity for the area.
