We re also continuing our work against the death penalty. We ve also begun work on human rights and the UK, which will cover issues such as protecting the Human Rights Act and the rights of asylum-seekers, and will also have a series of short campaigns. These began with Belarus; the current campaign is for the closure of Guantanamo Bay. We look forward to events to mark Amnesty s 60th birthday this year. Look out for details.
