The U.S. Bureau of Land Management's Bakersfield field office has lifted seasonal fire restrictions on land it manages in east central Fresno, west central Kern, Kings, Madera, San Luis Obispo and Tulare counties, due to reduced wildland fire conditions, the agency said in a news release.
