Single-family resale home sales fell by more than 17% in November, compared to October, data released Monday by the San Diego Association of Realtors revealed.
The median price of a single-family home passed $1 million in August and attached properties also set a high-water mark, the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors announced Monday.
Home prices in San Diego continued their very slow decline this month, dropping another 2.1% in October. The Case-Shiller Home Price Index said home prices.
The median price of an existing, single-family home in San Diego County was $888,000 in February, up from $875,000 in January and from $765,000 one year ago, the California Association of Realtors reported Tuesday.
