Join San Diego Floral Association’s board member, John Blocker, as he takes you on a stroll through the history of Balboa Park’s Botanical Building. Alfred Robinson dreamed in 1909 of this enormous lath house that would soar above the Panama-California Exposition grounds. For the past few years, there have been monthly tours of the building and its environs, but during pandemic and the upcoming building restoration the tours have been cancelled. Instead, Blocker and California Garden’s art director, Rachel Cobb, have created this virtual tour.
