A driver of a chattanooga, tennessee, school bus involved in a deadly crash is under arrest. At least five Elementary School students were killed. The bus driver, 24yearold Johnthony Walker is being charged with vehicular homicide. Reckless endangerment and reckless drive. The crash was so bad the bus was nearly cut in two.
