somebody offered me $25 for a can of the officer s chewing tobacco. somebody called him over to change the tv. got him out from behind his desk. i went behind the desk, went into his bag, took his can of chewing tobacco. wesson is due to have a hearing on the matter which could result in him being placed in disciplinary detention for up to 15 days, in which case he would be confined to his cell 23 hours a day and lose most privileges. you going to fight it? of course. give it a shot. wesson plans to give the disciplinary committee a very different account of what happened. my story is i went back there for toilet paper but didn t get any. came back out. you only get one roll a week. otherwise you have to pay for it. when you re indigent like me, you can t pay for it. the video really doesn t show the can. just shows something black in my hand. could be shadow. could be anything. they got me for going behind the desk, no doubt.

that s all i have ever been arrested for is petty theft. taking stuff from walmart or wherever. wesson has a long history of stealing and getting caught. he has nine prior theft convictions and recently pled guilty to felony theft, and is now awaiting sentencing. the objective is to be in and out fast. go in, get what you got to get and go out the door. tvs, computers, stuff like that. i don t run out or anything like that. i just walk out, smiling and waving. they think i m a normal customer. now wesson has been caught on camera stealing again. this time it was inside the jail. and involved a tin of chewing tobacco. looks like he stole some deputy s can of chew out of his bag. he snuck behind the deputy s desk, slink ing down, crawling on his belly. he comes back you see an object in his hand that s brown, pretty much looks like a can of tobacco and ended up going into the gym with it which lord knows what happened to it after that. couldn t find it afterwards.
