The Management of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, has expelled six students from the university.
According to a statement by the Vice-Chancellor of the institution, the senate of the university approved the expulsion of the students for various offences ranging from rape to theft.
According to the statement, one Bekwele Ogbondah Godspower, a year one student in the department of Accounting was expelled for allegedly “defrauding other students of their school fees and issuing them with fake receipts” which cost most of the students their admission in the last academic session.
Also one Linus Hans in the Accounting Department was also expelled for “stealing a student’s mobile phone”.
