It began with the death of alfredo teo. The victims body was found of a garage of a then vacant home in this section of breeze hill in aspen hill, maryland, not far from the sheinbein home. In 1987 sheinbein murdered and mutilated alfredo teo. A montgomery teen, it was being called a thrill killing. Officials here uponed him back. Doug duncan was county executive at the time. This neighborhood, handing out this flyer which shows the photos and names of the three victims involved. It is eerily quiet in this Capitol Heights neighborhood on sunday morning. It has been less than 24 hours since neighbors in the apartment complex learn they are living steps from one of the worst crime scenes this county has seen in the last five years. It is highly unusual to have a murder involving three victims. The amount of manpower that goes into investigating Something Like this is noteworthy. Saturday Evening Police found three people dead from apparent gunshot wounds inside an apartment. Please have identified them. I dont know anything about that. Most people who live and visit there would not talk with us but the few who did call it despicable. It and feel sorry for people. I have grandkids and im scared for them.
