TROWBRIDGE: Samuel Oswin, 34, has been banned from driving for over two years after he drove while under the influence. Oswin, of Broad Street, had more 32mcg per litre of cocaine in his bloodstream when he was caught driving his Vauxhall Astra on Mortimer Street on July 5 last year. He also had a proportion of the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his bloodstream, which was greater than 200 micrograms per litre.
