But in preconstruction x there is the review process and there are measured potentials at time for delays so, your vice will be taken and we will look at those as well. Can i point out i just want to point out that it is a challenge that julie is facing because as the project move to completion, i think one of the best ways is to move it quickly to completion where we can eliminate all charges.
