The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey is done every three years in most counties, and the most recent survey is now open. The CHNA survey is important because its results can impact funding, spending, and other wide-reaching decisions about healthcare, infrastructure, grants, programming, and more in Cumberland County.
