Taipei, Feb. 21 (CNA) South Korea's Samsung Electronics Co. said Tuesday that its new flagship Galaxy S23 series of smartphones received a warm welcome in Taiwan as its preorder sales online and offline grew more than 20 percent from the predecessor Galaxy S22 models.
