Police believe a suspect who was arrested following an armed robbery in Center City on Wednesday may be connected to other recent incidents in the area.
It isn’t just homicides and carjackings on the rise in Philadelphia, but armed robberies have increased in 2021, as well. Several recent cases happened in areas jam-packed with tourists and visitors.
