The COVID-19 pandemic wasn’t going to keep Dos Pueblos High School from honoring eight student athletes who signed college letters of intent on Wednesday.
“Regardless of the pandemic, we’re still going to recognize our student athletes today. We’re so proud of them,” Athletic Director Dan Feldhaus said at the ceremony in Scott O Leary Stadium.

Danny Goldberg scored two goals from long distance and converted a penalty shot in the fourth period to break open a close game and spark the San Marcos boys water polo team to a 12-9 victory over Dos Pueblos on Thursday at the San Marcos pool.
Goldberg’s outburst gave the Royals an 11-6 advantage with less than four minutes to play.
