Eight Point Wind, LLC (Eight Point Wind or the Applicant) filed a Petition for Amendment of the Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need, with Conditions issued by the
New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (the Siting Board ) on
August 20, 2019 ( Second Amendment Petition ). This letter is to advise you that the Second Amendment Petition, as filed, does not contain sufficient information, as required under 16 NYCRR Sec.1000.16(b), to make a determination as to whether the Second Amendment Petition constitutes a revision.
