Amir Jan, father of Fayaz, who has been elected as gram panchayat (GP) member, has complained to deputy commissioner, Satyabhama, that his family has been barred from entering the mosque. Amir said that angered by the fact that Fayaz had won the GP election, his family has been barred from coming to the mosque. The family of Amir has 50 members, and they have been banned from entering seven mosques in Masti village. This boycott was imposed by Shaukathulla Baig and his children, head of Jamia Masjid, Siraj Baig, and others, Amir said.
