SRINAGAR: Seven persons were grievously injured in an attack by stray dogs in the Kulan Kangan area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday. Local said that a pack of stray dogs attacked people in the Kulan area injuring seven persons who were taken to a nearby Primary Health Centre.

ANPSA units conduct literary competitions

Dimapur, Aug. 28 (EMN): Dimapur unit of the All Nagaland Private Schools’ Association (ANPSA) organised a district level literary competitions (quiz and extempore speech) on August 26. An update from ANPSA stated that more than 700 students, teacher representatives and board members from 18 schools have participated in the competition. It stated that Rev. Fr. Philip Y, principal of Holy Cross Higher Secondary School, delivered the welcome address as convenor, while Neena Dutta, ANPSA treasurer and principal of St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Dimapur, delivered the vote of thanks.
