3 persons caught for violating Hajj regulations and instructions July 11, 2021 RIYADH The official spokesperson of Hajj Security Forces Command Brig. Gen. Sami Al-Shuwairekh stated that 3 persons were caught violating the regulations and instructions of Hajj, which stipulate that it is mandatory to obtain a permit for Hajj.
