A BUSINESSMAN inspired by his own road trip adventures has launched a new campervan hire company. Sam Cohen is the driving force behind Samco Campers ­ and to celebrate its opening he his offering one deserving family a luxury staycation break anywhere in the UK, as people once again start to book holidays. The 29-year-old wants people to nominate a family to enjoy an adventure in a £60,000 Volkswagen campervan. Sam said he chose this time to launch the venture, so people, unable or reluctant to travel abroad because of the pandemic, could enjoy a staycation. He is hoping to have 15 vehicles by the end of the year, with the business being described as a natural extension of his existing caravan sales operation in Bolton.
