A 36-year-old resident of Sarushen village of Askeran region went to the Karmir Shuka Department of the Martuni Regional Police Department on November 16 at 14:30 to report that while carrying out works in the agricultural lands belonging to the Sarushen community of Askeran region at around 11:40 a.m. in the Amaras Valley, the Azerbaijani army fired irregularly at the citizens working in the field from various firearms from the adjacent military position.
