The Department of Defense is set to send over 130 military personnel to the CNMI to conduct an Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) titled CNMI Operation Wellness in July where trained medical personnel within various branches of the military will provide various medical services to the communities of Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.
