Black, Latin American Composers to Be Showcased at Fort Worth Symphony s Fourth of July Concert The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra performing at Dickies Arena on the Fourth of July The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra has announced part of the program for its annual Fourth of July concert — one meant to celebrate both America s resilience and diversity. The concert, America Strong, will take place July 4 at Dickies Arena. Outgoing conductor Miguel Harth-Bedoya will lead the entire program, which will last a little over an hour and feature iconic tunes like John Stafford Smith’s “Star Spangled Banner as well as new works like Lightspeed – Fanfare for Orchestra  by local, up-and-coming composer Kevin Day.
