I am proud of the fact that we are finally trying to get a handle on the cost overruns characterized acquisition practices. So you may have some concerns. I cant tell you after being on this committee for nearly 30 years, how proud i am of the bipartisan product we produced. And i hope that maybe at some time you might recognize that, mr. Blumenthal.
