Fashion fans and celebrity watchers alike have been patiently awaiting the return of the Met Gala after 2020’s event was cancelled, like so many others, due to the pandemic. This week, the Metropolitan Museum of Art announced the fan favorite affair will be returning in 2021 twice!
The Met Gala will be unrolled in a two-night plan to hopefully provide enough fashion fuel to make up for last year’s cancellation. The star-studded occasion, coined as “fashion’s biggest night” will be hosted by Timothée Chalamet, Billie Eilish, Naomi Osaka, and Amanda Gorman and as always, organized by Vogue. Celebrities will flock to the Upper East Side institute in their best Americana garb, keeping in tune with this year’s rec
