This weekend, the Bears will be migrating out of Bear Territory and into a familiar southern territory Los Angeles. Cal will be facing long-time rivals USC and UCLA on Friday and Sunday, respectively.
The blue and gold currently hold a 3-7 conference record and a 14-7 overall record a meaningful difference from the winless conference record that defined the Cal volleyball program last season.
From a well-fought three-set loss to a five-set nailbiter victory, the Bears, who are 14-7, found themselves with a mixed bag this last weekend in Oregon.
Cal volleyball will be leaving Bear Territory for another hike up north, but this time in Oregon. The Bears are set to play No. 8 Oregon on Friday at 7 p.m. and Oregon State on Sunday at noon.
After an eventful weekend the Bears are set to play No. 4 Washington State on Friday at 7 p.m., followed by a match against Washington on Sunday at 12 p.m.
