LEEDS A new rug store is now open at The Outlet Shops of Grand River, in Leeds.
The Rug Bug Design Showroom celebrated the opening of the store with the city of Leeds and the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce, on Friday, May 14, 2021.
Owners, Sam and Nadine Maalouf said their store brings high-quality rugs and furnishings to Grand River. The showroom sells in volume with all types of hand-knotted rugs.

“Our availability for rugs is virtually limitless with access to over 25,000 rugs from all over the world so we have much to offer even beyond what we have right here in our store,” said Sam Maalouf.

Health officials will hold a pop-up COVID-19 testing centre Friday for the patrons of a popular restaurant in Carleton Place, Ont., that s been identified as one place where the coronavirus may have spread freely in late February.
But The Thirsty Moose Pub and Eatery isn t to blame for the origin of the outbreak, which has been connected to 20 cases as of Wednesday morning, those officials say.
