Specialist short-term lender Hope Capital has appointed two new business development managers (BDMs) to its sales team. Sam Lea will oversee the firm’s cases across the Midlands. Lea has worked in financial services for seven years, with roles at Dudley Building Society and ML Financial Consultants. He holds a CeMAP,
Previously, Green had been supporting the sales function as a business development officer.
Green’s appointment sees him take over from Sam Lea, who had been in the position for two years.
Prior to joining the building society, Green spent thirteen years at Birmingham & Midshires and BM Solutions.
