“This scholarship was established to honor Steve Sasser, his success in the construction industry, and to encourage the importance of the trade,” said donors Colton Sasser, Wes Hayden, and Tanya Keser.
The Casper city council agreed to send an agreement with the Natrona County School District to a regular council meeting which would add two new officers in NCSD buildings.
