Mobile app development program coming to South Oak Cliff, Carter high schools

Dallas ISD announced Wednesday that the NAF Academies at South Oak Cliff, Carter and North Dallas high schools will participate in a program that will teach them how to produce their own app and bring it to market.
Students will participate in project-based competition focused on designing and developing a mobile app along with creating a business plan for taking the app to market.
