ORANGE Now in its 18th year of raising money for local food pantries and meal programs, a virtual version of the North Quabbin Food-A-Thon will be held on May 18.Last year’s 17th annual Food-A-Thon, which was the first to be held virtually, raised.
Holiday Open Hours For Local Hunger Relief Organizations
The holiday season is a time when assisting the hungry and those who are in need of food assistance is on the top of our minds.
With the holidays in full swing, the Northeast Iowa Food Bank and other hunger-relief organizations in Black Hawk County have released a schedule with their modified hours during the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s.

• Wednesday Dec. 23 through Friday, Dec. 25 | Closed
• Monday, Dec. 28 & Tuesday, Dec. 29 | Open 7:30AM-4:30PM
• Wednesday, Dec. 30 | Open 7:30AM – 12:00PM
