The cold front is expected to arrive Saturday night into Sunday, with a chance for rain and a significant drop in overnight temperatures.
Haven for Hope will be open to provide shelter to those experiencing homelessness. All clients will be able to sleep indoors and will be given additional clothing, including warm jackets, according to city leaders.
New clients at Haven for Hope are asked to visit its intake facility, which is currently operating out of the donation center at 1 Haven for Hope Way, between 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Individualized services will be available for clients after hours and on weekends, according to city officials.
